Banned from US: the Apple killer list of Samsung smartphones

On Friday, Samsung was found to infringe on Apple’s patents with some of its smartphones by judge Lucy Koh. Controversial as it may be, the court’s decision is final and Apple has the right to ban some of Samsung’ s products in the United States. Some of you have asked themselves if flagship models like Samsung Galaxy S3 were included in the ban or not.

According to The Verge, there are some older but still successful models that won’t see the shelves: the Galaxy S 4G, the Galaxy S2 (AT&T), the Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket), the Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile), the Galaxy S2 Epic 4G, the Galaxy S Showcase, the Droid Charge, and the Galaxy Prevail. So, if you intended to buy them, just go ahead and do it before it’s too late.

As about the preliminary injuction on the Galaxy Tab 10.1, you shouldn’t worry about it. It seems that the jury found it not guilty of infringing Apple’s patents and it will be soon be cleared of charges.
